An interesting report by Synergy Research Group sheds some light on the current state of the cloud marketplace.

In a whopping twenty billion dollar industry, Amazon Web Services dominates with as you might expected – with almost thirty percent market share. Microsoft trails in second place.

Even more impressive are the overall numbers for generalized industry growth – clearly showing the rapid move to the cloud and visualization is only set to increase.
